I do appreciate that Next is giving a bit more information about where some items come from, and the recycling options are a good step. I’m always a bit wary of the usual polished company wording around sustainability, though, because it can sound better than it actually is. I’d like to see clearer info on factory standards and what’s really being checked. Still, it does feel like they’re making an effort, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered from Next and, to be fair, everything went exactly as promised. It arrived really quickly and on the day they said it would, which I always appreciate. The delivery updates were clear, there was no hassle, and the parcel turned up in good condition. Can’t really fault them on this one, I’d happily order from them again...

I ordered this from next.co.uk and it was just like the photos and description, which was nice. The size, colour and material were all what I expected, so there wasn’t any weird surprise when it turned up or anything like that. Made the whole thing feel easy and reliable. I’d definitely order again.

The actual item was fine inside, thankfully, but the box looked rough when it arrived. One corner was crushed in and the packaging had a rip along the side, which wasn’t ideal since I bought it as a gift...

I’m really pleased with my order from Next. As soon as I tried it on, I just had that gut feeling it was a good purchase. The material feels decent, not flimsy or cheap, and the fit was pretty much spot on. I normally have a bit of a battle with sizing, but this one came up just right. I’ve washed it once already and it still looks good, so I’d definitely buy again.

I’ve used my Nextpay account a few times now, and it’s been easy enough to get the hang of. Being able to buy something and pay later is handy, especially when I’m ordering a couple of sizes and not sure what will fit.

The statements is clear enough, and making payments online don’t take much effort. I just wish the interest was a little lower, because you do need to keep an eye on the payment dates so it doesn’t catch you out.

Overall, I haven’t had any real problems with it. Delivery and returns worked fine for me too, so I’d probably give it 4 stars. It’s useful, but not something I’d want to rely on all the time.

The items are nice and all, but I couldn’t help feeling like they’re charging a bit more than they probably should for what you actually get

I picked up a few bits in the sale, and the discounts were actually kinda decent.

I returned a jacket to Next and it took nearly two weeks for the refund to show up, even though the tracking said they’d received it much earlier. Customer service was polite enough, but they just kept telling me to wait a bit longer, which was frustrating. I’m careful with money, so having the refund tied up for that long was annoying. Not the worst experience, but definitely not as smooth as I’d hoped.

Ordered a few bits from next.co.uk and went for click and collect at my local store because i’m so tired of waiting around all day for deliveries that may or may not turn up when they say they will. Got the text quickly, went in, staff scanned my code, and I was done in a couple of minutes. No faffing about, no missed delivery nonsense. Definitely using it again.

The staff were really helpful and seemed to know the sizing well, which made things easier. The only thing was the tills were a bit slow, but maybe that’s just normal when it’s busy?

Got a Next voucher for my birthday. Used it online, no issues. Had to look for the gift card bit at checkout, but it worked. Delivery was quick too. Would use again.

Popped into Next at the weekend and it was actually really tidy, which I always notice because some shops are just... a bit much. Everything was easy to find, and the fitting rooms were clean too, so that was nice.

The staff were friendly without hovering, which I prefer, just sort of let me get on with looking. The queue moved quicker than I expected as well. So yeah, overall, a good little shopping trip.
